How are the shoes packed to ensure the boxes aren't crushed during transit? We respect the art of footwear presentation! Every pair of Marvellune shoes is fitted with internal tissue shape-holders to prevent creasing, wrapped in dust-proof layers, and packed inside a premium matte shoebox. This shoebox is then placed inside a thick, heavy-duty corrugated shipping carton to guarantee your package arrives completely flawless and dent-free.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your package straight to your doorstep.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to stride with absolute confidence! We accept returns on completely unworn, un-walked-on shoes in their original, pristine condition with zero sole scuffs, packed inside their original undamaged Marvellune shoebox and tissue wraps within 30 days of delivery. We highly recommend testing your new shoes on a clean, carpeted surface first.
